媒体报道,近日,19岁女大学生小艾从成都坐31小时硬座到东莞东,刚下车在站台突发心脏骤停,医生花了整整6小时抢救才挽救了她的性命。
剧介绍,小艾患上的是“经济舱综合征”,出发前她已胸闷2天仍硬扛,加上全程久坐不动、饮水不足、极度疲劳,最终险些丢了命。
医生科普,“经济舱综合征”实际上是长途久坐导致下肢深静脉血栓(DVT),血栓脱落堵塞肺动脉引发肺栓塞(PE),严重可致猝死。
由于硬座/经济舱空间狭小,久坐蜷腿,下肢肌肉泵失效,血流淤滞,加上少喝水、脱水、劳累、熬夜,血液黏稠度升高,如果穿了紧身衣物,就更容易诱发。
